Morning All

Many thanks, again, to all who helped out with our ‘guests’ for the second, of four, of our camera course. For the record we ‘lost’ two, but gained 2; so, quite comfortable with that!
Stan’s talk next Wednesday is ‘Long Exposure and freezing the action; being creative with shutter speed.’
If possible, please bring tripods and ND filters and adapter ring, so that, if necessary, we could lend them, very temporarily, to our ‘guests.’ Ta!
We have for photo opportunities: A bubble machine, hula-hoop, football and dog with ball!

Last reminder – Events Cup:
Our 4th visit for the Events Cup is Wycoller Country Park, about an hours’ drive – 44 miles, is on either Monday 13th July OR Sunday 19th July.
Just a reminder you can only pick one of those dates/days.
Lots of details in last week’s newsletter.

Email from Maddy – Arts Centre:
Good afternoon, all.
I hope you’re well.
We thought we’d make you aware of an upcoming charity event. Although it’s external from the Arts Centre, it’s for such a wonderful cause and the lovely lady Pip Flegel, who will be dressed as Dolly Parton, running the event asked if we could spread the word to any musically inclined people we know.
It’s a 24-Hour Sing-a-thonin aid of CancerHelp and WRACA. Held in Cherestanc Square next to Booths on the 16th, 17th, and 18th July 10am – 6pm.
You may have seen the posters around with more information. Volunteers wanted to join her and take part with singing and instruments please get in touch with her at pipflegel2009@gmail.com or 0737509532
Best wishes and have a lovely weekend,
Madeline
